Opportunity
The bathroom, as one of the most private and everyday used pace at home, is barely designed by the most luxury brands. It could be a good opportunity for Baccarat to bring a modern elegance to it, make it more than a utility room, but a place to fully relax.

Generally, women like to bath more than men. The time men will take a bath is with women mostly. The traditional bathtub is generally small, and tight for couples.
When preparing for bathing, the loud sound of water hitting the bathtub breaks the ambiance of the tranquility, especially in a romantic or calm moment.
Getting in and out of the bathtub is not elegant in most cases. Sometimes could even involve danger.
CMF
Baccarat Bathroom will use a large portion of the crystal as the major material. Chrome will be used as supplementary material in the hardware, as it could nicely reflect the light and environment.

Bring nature fantasy to your bathroom
Elevate the entire bathroom experience, make it more than the cleaning utilitarian room, but space where time melts, and a place to pause the body and mind. Create an ambiance of elegance, warmth, and tranquility.

In order to fit both typical and new innovative positions of placing the body in the bathtub, I created a full-scale mock-up to test the ergonomic feasibility of my concept. As a result, an asymmetrical design afforded the highest flexibility for the user.

Baccarat bathtub combines both organic and geometric design languages. Embracing a smooth surface for its interior, but with facet cut on the outside.
